3. Screen Best Fit
Having customized our search process to fit your individual need, we narrow the selection of talent down to a handful of individuals we believe are the best match for your open position. We believe in providing a few quality candidates over quantity.
4. Virtual Interview
We screen each candidate virtually before they begin an assignment. We realize that many clients now perform virtual interviews as well and we can help coordinate those efforts.
5. In-Person Interview
If the client is requesting the consultant to work on-site, we will help coordinate a personal interview at a location that is convenient for you. We understand every client’s protocols are different and we will make sure all requirements are followed.
6. Submit Offer
Our goal is for every candidate to accept the client offer. Once the consultant has begun, we stay in contact with them to ensure the project goals and expectations are met. We believe in communicating with our clients and consultants as partners, so we have a successful outcome.
